Bridlington Map:

From Garrison Square to Leisure centre.

For this task I was asked to research the area around Bridlington, between Garrison Square and the East Riding Leisure Centre. By looking through google maps, I have gained a solid understanding of the surfaces and surroundings of the area to work with. The digital installation has to deal with all age groups, to be useful and appealing, by doing this it should create a positive atmosphere for all making it interactive and more viewed. Safety wise weather would be a massive issue, especially since the areas near the seafront. The interface must be waterproof and capable of taking the right climates.

The amount of space could be an issue for the installation as most of the area round the sea front would be crowded a lot especially within the summer as families and groups of people like to visit to take time off. The size of it must work around human traffic, to decide how big or how small the object is could help out a lot.
