Schedule & Organisation

Categories:

It is important when producing a project that time is used efficiently and wisely, within this post I will be explaining how I will be organising my work and time in order to make the best outcome.

Trello –

Trello is an online website that helps to organise information and data onto a page. It has many features such as making categories and notes that make this website useful, and it’s also a great way of sharing ideas with others.

Here is a screenshot from my Trello page, this will be where I mainly will sort out my project’s information of post-completion. I personally like to use Trello as it’s easy and great to organise data, I have used a standard highlight system on my page to help show what’s finished, green is completed and red is to be done.

Timetable –

Taken from my sketchbook, I have constructed a short brief and plan for my timetable of what I need to do towards the assignment due date. These notes are great as a reference to look back at, I will definitely be using this as a guideline for the project’s progression path.
This is the timetable that I am going to follow for the rest of my project, this will be important as it will help me keep on track and focused on what needs to be done and by when. It also displays some of the deadline dates on the chart so I know how long I have left to produce the outcome.

Overall producing this material, will help guide me in the right direction for the assignment. All of the scheduling methods will be useful to use and will create great development progress if followed correctly.
