Users?
The users for this website would be people who are willing to learn/take a course in spelling. It says that the website is great for home remote learning so I’d think that students and teachers would be the main user here, however, others can sign up to learn if they choose to.
Are the users the same as customers?
The users and the customers have one thing in common and that’s both of them are experiencing the same content and resources on the website. The only difference I would say would be the user’s background, for example, if they are still in education they may need or have been asked to use this website, then a person who is willing to learn it through their own needs independently.

How are the different groups segmented?
Everything is organised neatly on this website, all of the text and imagery have been laid out into specific sections with categories. The home page is well descriptive giving plenty of useful information about the whole site and its aims, at the top, there’s also a category bar with lots of tools and resources.
How does the design engaged them?
There’s lots of useful information and ways to navigate this website, making it clear and accessible for all to use. At the top right of the page, there’s actually an accessibility button, this button opens up a small menu that allows the user to change the appearance of the website’s information to fit there own needs, this includes the colour, font and size. The website doesn’t just have the information it also has images and videos to back them up, by doing this it helps the user understand more in-depth.
